Tauris Help is operated by Tauris Tech. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, phone number, and business profile, collected when you create an account.
- Nameplate photos: photos you upload to identify a unit are sent to Tauris Tech for AI processing. They are not sold or shared with advertisers.
- Field photos: photos you attach to a troubleshooting conversation are sent to Tauris Tech for AI processing alongside the retrieved manual context.
- Conversations: the text of your troubleshooting sessions is persisted so you can return to them across devices.
How we use your data
- To answer your questions via our AI-assisted service.
- To improve the quality of the service and the accuracy of the assistant's answers.
- To keep your troubleshooting history available across sessions and devices.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share account information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't train third-party models on your conversations without your consent.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@tauris.tech. Backups may retain deleted content for a short additional period before they roll off.
Children
Tauris Help is intended for use by HVAC professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
