Tauris Help is a free AI tool for HVAC technicians. It identifies equipment from nameplate photos or descriptions, locates the relevant service manual, and answers troubleshooting questions grounded in that documentation. The service is offered “as-is”, without warranty of any kind.

• Use the service only for legitimate troubleshooting, training, and educational purposes.
• Don't upload images or content you don't have the right to share.
• The assistant's answers are informational aids, not a substitute for licensed professional judgment. Always verify against the equipment's documentation and your local codes before making repair decisions.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at support@tauris.tech.

Tauris Tech is not liable for decisions made based on the assistant's output. The safety of any repair is your responsibility as the technician on site.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to exploit the API, or violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site.
